OTTAWA: Customs officials found large metal steel gears containing approximately 15 kilograms of opium. A Toronto man is under arrest after a cross-border investigation involving four law enforcement agencies uncovered 15 kilograms of opium.The RCMP, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Canada Border Services Agency co-ordinated to arrest Abdolrahman Ibrahimi, 50, of Toronto, and charged him with three drug-related offences.
