PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) chief justice has ordered immediate repatriation of Shoaib Khan, District and Sessions Judge/Judge, Customs, Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court in Peshawar, and posted him as District and Sessions Judge, Kohat.
He was directed to relinquish the charge in Peshawar and assume charge in Kohat. It was stated in an order issued by the registrar, PHC.
