Customs Appellate Tribunal reserves verdict of case involving field offices of FBR

ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal on Monday reserved decision of customs matters involving field offices of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) after parties submitted their replies and record of cases. Customs Appellate Tribunal’s bench comprising members tribunal, Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Nasir Khan heard the matters.

M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering had filed the references. The bench reserved decision of case filed by M/S United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse.

Counsels from M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering appeared before the bench and demanded timed from the bench for finalizing preparations for the case.

The bench then directed the counsels to finalize the arguments and relating stuff and then appear before the bench during next week. M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering had filed cases against Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.
