NAB chairman Qamar Zaman, Secretary Finance Dr Waqar Masood, Secretary Water and Power Younus Dhaga, Advisor Finance Division Rana Asad Amin and other senior officials attended the meeting.
Both private as well as public sector entities and domestic consumers were among the defaulters.
