LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (single & double) bench heard 35 cases and adjourned all for different dates without those four cases whose verdicts were reserved.
The division bench-II, comprising Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq, Member Technical, heard AH Textile versus Director Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad, Ghulam Murtaza versus Collector Customs Multan, Khadim Hussain versus collector customs Multan, AM Steel versus collector customs Faisalabad, Jasim Saddique versus collector Customs Lahore, Dastigir versus collector Customs Lahore, Arshad Fareed versus collector Customs Lahore and Shahzad Traders versus director customs Intelligence and Investigation.
Furthermore, same bench heard cases of World Fashion Textile versus Director Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Abdul Malik versus collector customs, Mercury Electronic versus director Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Shaheen Builders versus director Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Imran Khan versus director customs Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Rana Shaukat Ali versus director customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore and M/s Suncrop Pesticide versus director Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.
The single bench-I, comprising Imran Tariq, Member Technical, heard seven cases including Shaheen Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, Junaid Tariq versus Customs Lahore, ARY Cargo versus Customs Lahore, Imran Yousaf versus Customs Lahore and Hamza Saeed versus Customs Lahore.
Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar, Member Judicial heard seven cases including Collector Customs Sambrial versus Imran Sakhawat, Ghulam Hussain versus director customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Director Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Hameed & Sons, Muhammad Aslam Khan versus director customs Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad and M/s Sungro Private DG Khan versus director customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan.
