The accused entered into agreements with the complainants (students or their guardians) and also issued guarantee cheques to them with his signatures. The accused neither arranged study visa for the students nor returned their amounts and misappropriated the same. DG NAB Rawalpindi Irfan Naeem Mangi said that the students are future of Pakistan, therefore, they should remain vigilant from such elements in order to avoid any loss of their precious time and resources. He emphasised that the students avoid such fake student visa agents who may be involved in illicit practices such as human trafficking endangering precious lives and causing embarrassment to Pakistan on international forums.
