Appraisement West earns Rs21,954m during July

KARACHI: Customs Collectorate of Appraisement West generated Rs21,954 million during the month of July 2018 under the head of all duty and taxes.

According to details, Appraisement West collected Rs 21,954 million in July which include Rs8,617 million under the head of custom duty, Rs9,339 million as sales tax, Rs3,876 million under the head of income tax and Rs 122 million as federal excise duty (FED).

Earlier Appraisement West generated Rs32,924 million during the month of June 2018 which includes Rs19,977 million under the head of custom duty, Rs9203 million as sales tax, Rs3608 million under the head of income tax and Rs136 million as federal excise duty.

Overall Customs Collectorate of Appraisement West generated Rs290,936 million in whole Fiscal Year of 2017-18.which includes Rs134,800 million of customs duty, Rs111,459 million as sales tax, Rs43,389 million under the head of income tax, and Rs1,288 as federal excise duty.
