Collector Adjudication Asif Abbas hears 10 cases of smuggling

FAISALABAD: Collector Customs Adjudication Asif Abbas Khan heard 10 cases against suspects involved in smuggling of BMW car, Hino truck Isuzu truck and tax evasion case against M/s Zafar Fabric, Masood Textile & M/s Magana Chemical Industry.

Qaiser Abbas was charged with smuggling of foreign origin Isuzu truck bearing registration no: SR 727 SR. One Muhammad Ashtaq was allegedly involved in duties and taxes evasion for smuggling Hino truck with registration number 497 Quetta.

Meanwhile, Collector Asif Abbas Khan also heard a case of filed against Ali Murtaza who is involved in evading tax for importing non duty paid BMW car bearing registration no: 318. He also heard a case filed against un-claimed person involved in a smuggling of Toyota Land Cruiser with registration number QAL-8845 QTA.

Moreover, the collector heard case filed against M/s Aamil Export Faisalabad involved in tax evasion. M/s Magna Chemical brought different chemical into the country Muhammad Nasrullah owner of non-duty paid Hino dumper truck heard by him. All these cases were forwarded by the Customs Intelligence and Investigation and DTRE branch Faisalabad.
