Customs Appraisement issues final notice to M/s Amman Trading Company

LAHORE: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Mughalpura Dry Port has issued final recovery notice to M/s Amman Trading Company due to short payment of Rs4.7 million under Sub Section 1, 2 and 3 of Section 202 of the Pakistan Customs Act 1969.

According to the details M/s Amman Trading Company imported consignment bearing no: VAIU 9119585 which was cleared by declaring GD No. LAPR-HC-27965.

It the notice Customs Appraisement warned M/s Amma Trading Company to clear the outstanding amount within 15 days otherwise customs department will freeze their bank accounts for recovery. The notice was sent on company office no: 208, 209 of Irshad Plaza Shah Alam Market Lahore.
