FAISALABAD: The Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation (IR) of the Federal Board of Revenue Faisalabad conducted raids on various industrial and commercial units over tax evasion.
The raids were conducted on M/S Real Aluminum Extrusion, M/S Punjab Aluminum Extrusion and M/S Al-Madina Dyeing and Finishing under the supervision of Deputy Director Tariq Javed, the IR sources said on Thursday.
The team seized record, including computers, laptops, sales and purchase ledgers, cash books, gate passes, inventory record etc.
The sources said that a forensic audit of these items would be conducted to verify the amount evaded by the accused. They added that this job will take some time before initiating action under the relevant law.
