Customs Court approves remand of accused involved in mobile phones smuggling

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling handed over an accused to customs investigation team to dig out into the matter regarding smuggling of huge quantity of mobile phones.

On 16.1.2019 customs investigation and prosecution team presented the accused before the court and asked for five days physical remand to investigate the case of 1305 mobile phones smuggling. On customs request the special court handed over the accused to customs for three days.
