Customs tribunal dismisses Rs 450m tax evasion case against Fatima Enterprises

MULTAN: An Appellant Tribunal of Customs has dismissed two cases, filed by Customs Collectorate Multan, against Fatima Enterprises Limited for the violating import and export rules under DTRE scheme and alleged tax evasion of Rs 450 million.

Fatima Enterprises Limited imported grey fabrics from the foreign for the processing and manufacturing and imported excess quantity of grey fabrics than their manufacturing capacity and Customs had registered cases against it which have been quashed.
