LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued contempt of court notice to Collector of Customs Amjid ur Rehman.
Justice Aysha A Malik was informed by M/s Febrica that the company’s containers have been seized despite the fact that the company has paid customs duty to get clearance.
The court said its order of February is not being implemented. The court ordered immediate release of the containers summoning the collector.
