Chattogram: Customs officials arrested a Chinese national with 24 gold bars from Shah Amanat International Airport on Wednesday.
The arrestee was identified as Fan Rongui.
Nur Uddin Milon, deputy commissioner of Chattogram Customs House, said Fan arrived in the port city from Dubai on a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight in the morning.
