Adding more that court already ordered to the customs officers to release generators to the owner but customs officers violated laws and did not release generators to lawful owner.

After hearing arguments from appellant, LHC issued notice to customs authorities and sought reply.

Counsel for appellant Shafqat Mehmood Chohan told that the same case was filed and heard by the honorable court and passed the order for release of seized generators but the customs officers did not hand over the generators to the owner. Now the court sought reply from the customs officers in the same case.
