KARACHI: Farrukh Hussain Khan has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the country’s stock exchange announced on Tuesday.
“We would like to inform you that upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited [PSX], the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has approved the appointment of Farrukh Hussain Khan as Chief Executive Officer [CEO] of PSX, in terms of Regulation 10 of the Securities Exchanges (Licensing and Operations) Regulations, 2016,” PSX said in a statement.
Khan will assume the charge of his office in due course of time, informed the stock exchange.
