Collector AIIA Azmat Tahira directs terminal operators to extend free period

LAHORE: Collector Customs Allama Iqbal International Airport Azmat Tahira Friday directed the Managers Cargo M/s Gerry’s/Royal /SAPS / PLA Shed to extend the free period at terminals as directed by FBR.

The Collector referred Board’s instruction issued vide letter C.No.3(1)E&C/2017 dated 1.03.2020 whereby 15 days free period in charging demurrage and detention has been granted in addition to the free time already allowed by the ground handling agents.
