ANF recovers huge quantity of drugs from KICT

KARACHI: Anti Narcotics Force(ANF) Police Station Clifton recovered 177 kilogram methamphetamine a drug more dangerous than heroin from Karachi International Container Terminal(KICT).

According to press release issued by ANF Sindh stated that the force searched 10 containers in KICT from which methamphetamine found in 8 containers , it was hidden on the roof of container.

It was learned that the containers had to export Dubai’s M/s Huzaifa Trading Company which was booked by the Model Town Sialkot based trading company.

ANF press release added the said drugs used in dance parties and with other drugs. Whereas case has been registered against persons namely Abdul Waris, Sadiq Khan and traders .

According to drugfreeworld.org methamphetamine is a dangerous and potent chemical and, as with all drugs, a poison that first acts as a stimulant but then begins to systematically destroy the body.
