NEPRA approves 83 paisa hike in power tariff

ISLAMABAD: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Thursday approved 83 paisa per unit increase in power tariff for July under the monthly fuel adjustment mechanism.

The consumers would pay Rs12 billion which would be recover in billing of next month. However, the decision would not be applicable on lifeline and K-Electric consumers.
