KARACHI: The Lahore High Court Justice Ejazul Hasan has given decision regarding the petitions of banks. The banks had a stance that the audit of accounts by FBR is against the basic rights. FBR Lawyer Ilyas Khan said that FBR has the authority to check accounts after the approval of financial bill from parliament. The Court has given decision against banks after hearing the case and allowed FBR to check the accounts.
