FBR staff union to protest against desecration by French newspaper

LAHORE: The Federal Revenue Alliance Employees Union CBA has announced to hold protest demonstration to protect the sanctity of Holy Prophet (PBUH )against blasphemous act of French newspaper.

The union in a circular has invited the FBR employees to join the protest demo at the Tax House premises Lahore. Earlier the union had gathered a good number of FBR employees and offered funeral prayer in absentia for the martyrs of the Army Public School Peshawar.

Following the gathering, the Union office-bearers had to face tough time as all of them were arrested and implicated in FIRs. The office bearers alleged that they were forbidden to gather in the Tax House to show solidarity with the martyrs.
