Punjab Excise Dept reshuffles five ETOs

LAHORE: Punjab Excise and Taxation Department has transferred and posted five Excise and Taxation Officers in the province.

Director General of Excise and Taxation Punjab Ahmad Aziz Tara has ordered transfers and posting of five ETOs in different regions. Excise and Taxation Officer Headquarters Muhammad Azam has been transferred from Director General Office to Region B of Lahore. ETO Muhammad Suhail who was performing duties in Region B Lahore has been transferred as ETO at Director General office Shahdman Lahore while Malik Saleem has appointed ETO at Lahore DG office.

Excise and Taxation Ofifcer Qamar Sajid has transferred to Toba Tek Singh and Muhammad Azhar posted at Zone 11. A number of Directors and Additional Directors of Excise and Taxation department have been reshuffled for two times in last one month. After taking charge of new secretary Excise, it is first spell of transfers and postings as per direction of the secretary. The Excise secretary in his first meeting with directors had told the senior officials to take action to against negligent officers for making performance better. The transfers in Excise Department are aimed to enhance performance of the department.
