About 200,000 Saudi Riyals recovered from Pak national at Torkham Gate

PESHAWAR: The customs staff of the Torkham Customs Station recovered an amount of 200,000 Saudi Riyals, equal to Rs5.5million, at Torkham Gate on Monday.

The amount was recovered from a Pakistani national namely Kaleem Ullah s/o Ishaq Khan r/o Landi Kotal, Khyber Agency.

The amount was recovered from the accused smuggler at the time of departure by making a body search. The currency was concealed in the socks.
