ISLAMABAD: Two absconding directors, nominated in the TCS and Smart Zone smuggling case, have obtained pre-arrest bail from the Islamabad High Court.
After getting the bail, both the accused namely Lutfullah and Asghar Khan, the directors of Smart Zone company, have assured the Customs Investigation and Intelligence of their fully cooperation in the investigation process. Besides, they also appeared in the Directorate of Customs Investigation and Intelligence in the said case where official interrogated them.
On the other hand, both the accused will also move the Custom Special Court for the confirmation of the bail. If the court did not accept the bail, they will be taken into custody by the Customs Intelligence, official told Customs Today.
