ABU DHABI: Abu Dhabi Ports is participating at GITEX Technology Week 2016 as part of the Abu Dhabi e-Government pavilion, along with other government entities to soft-launch its revolutionary Port Community System (PCS), Maqta Gateway, for the GITEX audience, and to showcase a few services of Maqta Gateway’s recently released Vessel Management System.
During its participation at the 36th GITEX Tech week, entitled “Re-Imagining Realities”, Abu Dhabi Ports will shed light on the first purpose-built PCS in the UAE – Maqta Gateway, which will offer shipping lines, shipping agents, customs agents, terminal operators and other government entities a single point-of-access and real-time information across a wide range of services. Maqta Gateway was designed in line with international standards, and can be accessed via any online device offering its users an optimal experience through improved business processes and greater transparency.
