ABUJA: The Comptroller-General of Customs, Hameed Ibrahim Ali, has embarked on a tour to familiarize with stakeholders in Abuja.
His first point of call was the National Food, Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) were he was received by the Director-General, Dr Paul Orhii.
The Customs executive has also been to the Headquarters of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) where the Corps Marshal/Chief Executive, Boboye Olayemi Oyeyemi, received him.
The Comptroller-General of Customs also visit the Nigeria Export Processing Zone Authority (NEPZA). He has met the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Gbenga Kuye.
President Muhammadu Buhari appointed Ali, a retired Nigerian Army Colonel, as the Comptroller General in August. He succeeded Abdullahi Dikko.
