Acting PCA Director Saleem Ranjha to preside over Director’s moot on February 23

ISLAMABAD: Acting Director General of Directorate General Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Muhammad Saleem Ranjha has convened the Directors conference on 23rd February 2107 at Post Clearance Headquarter Customs House Islamabad.

Sources told Customs Today that Director PCA Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi will participate in  the conference. The main purpose of the conference is to review the performance of the all the directors and directorates.

It is important to mention here that the Director General Post Clearance Audit is Grade 21 post and after the retirement of ex Director General Nadir Khan Hoti in December 2016, this post is still lying vacant and no permanent Director General has been appointed.

Recently on 17th Feb 2017, Chairman Federal Board of Revenue Dr. Muhammad Irshad has assigned the BS 21 officer of Pakistan Customs service Muhammad Saleem Ranjah to look after the charge  of Director General Post Clearance Audit in addition to his own duties.

He is presently posted as a Director General, Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Enforcement Islamabad.
