The project will connect the missing link in Pakistan’s North-South high-speed road connectivity, streamline logistics, reduce travel time, and strengthen trade flows across the country.

The ADB will provide advisory support covering project feasibility studies, developing a bankable PPP structure, facilitating transparent procurement processes to attract private sector expertise, and achieving commercial and financial closure.

The project includes building a 120km six-lane motorway with modern tolling, traffic management, and safety systems starting from Hyderabad.

It’s a critical step toward completing the Peshawar–Karachi Motorway corridor.
