SIALKOT: A special team of Asian Development Bank (ADB) has started work to make feasibility report for providing the better and advanced sewerage, water supply, solid waste management and traffic management facilities to the people of Sialkot city.
As per details, such facilities are being provided under a multi-phased programme in active collaboration with Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Punjab Government.
District Coordination Officer (DCO) Sialkot, Dr. Asif Tufail told that the ADB experts from Canada, Philippines, Turkey and Pakistan visited various inter-city areas in Sialkot and reviewed in details the persisting sewerage, water supply, cleanliness and traffic situation in Sialkot city.
ADB team was working there in Sialkot along with Sialkot Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), he added.
