Additional Collector Asma issues show cause to owner of NDP vehicle

FAISALABAD: Additional Collector Adjudication Asma Hameed on Friday issued a show cause notice to owner of non-duty paid Toyota Corolla car.

As per the details, Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) impounded a non-customs paid Toyota Corolla car bearing registration no: ASB-694 Sindh.

The driver of the vehicle successfully escaped from the spot taking advantage of the darkness. However customs team recovered some documents of vehicle which belonged to Salman Zaib.

Customs Adjudication Additional Collector Asma Hameed aserved a show cause notice on accused person namely Salman Zaib who is owner of the non-customs paid car.

The Customs Adjudication issued notices to accused person on the violation of Section 10-A 89(1) and 156(1) of the Customs Act 1969.
