FAISALABAD: Additional Collector Customs Adjudication Beelam Ramzan has postponed the hearing of 10 cases until June 20, 2016.
Sources informed Customs Today that during the hearing of the cases, additional the collector directed the owners of seized miscellaneous smuggled items and their lawyers to present their arguments in the case during next hearing.
Sources said that Faisalabad appraisement branch filed two cases worth Rs 1,512,095, the Anti-Smuggling Organization submitted two smuggled cases worth Rs 3,557,154, the ASO Mainwali referred four cases worth Rs 6,128,802 and ASO Sargodha forwarded one case worth Rs 4,057,236.
