FAISALABAD: Customs Adjudication Additional Collector Beelam Ramzan conducted the hearing of nine cases. The cases involves an amount of Rs 126 million.
Sources informed Customs Today the customs intelligence authorities seized huge quantity of smuggled goods. They seized non-duty paid hono truck, foreign origin cloth, cigarettes, baby shoes, ball bearing and other contraband items.
Sources said that customs appraisement brranch Faisalabad forwarded two cases to customs adjudication while two cases were submitted by anti-smuggling organizatin. ASO Sargodha filed three cases. Three cases were filed by ASO Mianwali.
Additional Collector after conducting the hearing of cases adjoured all of them until next hearing.
