Now Additional Collector Beelam-ur-Ramzan issued a notice to accused on the violation of Section 10-A 89(1) and 156(1) of the Customs Act-1969. However the adjudication has directed the accused to file a reply on the next date of hearing. The seizing agency has also been directed to file a reply in the case.

The adjudication authority also directed Customs Intelligence Deputy Director Muhammad Riaz Hussain to attend the hearing on scheduled date along with the relevant record.
