FAISALABAD: Additional Collector Adjudication Beelamur Ramzan has issued six Order-in-Originals (ONOs) against the accused parties while settling the cases of non-duty paid goods.
Sources informed Customs Today that additional collector heard one case filed by the Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) Faisalabad, two cases referred by ASO Sargodha, while three cases were submitted by customs apparisement import branch.
During the proceedings of the cases, the accused persons failed to produce any relevant documents regarding possession of the goods. After their failure to submit genuine documents, Additional Collector Beelamur Ramzan issued Order-in-Original (ONOs) against accused parties and declared the seizure of goods as legal.
