Additional Collector Jamil Nasir, Amir Rasheed transferred, posted

LAHORE: The collectorate of Customs Preventive has undertaken transfers and postings of two additional collectors at the headquarters and AFU.

Sources told Customs Today, that Collector Customs Preventive Zulfiqar Younas has posted Additional Collector Jamil Nasir, at the Customs House and transferred Additional Collector Amir Rasheed to Air Freight Unit at the Allama Iqbal International Airport. Earlier, Jamil Nasir was posted at the AFU, however, he was sent to three months training.  As soon as he finished with his departmental training he is posted as additional collector headquarters. He is replaced with Additional Collector Amir Rasheed at the Air Freight Unit. Amir Rasheed has been working as additional collector headquarters for over one and a half year.

He was responsible to look after matters related to the Customs House and other special assignments given to him by the collector.  He was also responsible to look after Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) and maintenance of Customs House.

Following the charge of the Headquarters has been given to Jamil Nasir, he will be responsible for all the maintenance and ASO related duties and special assignments given by the Federal Board of Revenue and the Collector of Customs Preventive, the sources said.
