FAISALABAD: Customs Adjudication Additional Collector Saima Aftab has issued Order-in-Original (OnO) in favour of customs intelligence.
Sources told Customs Today that a Toyota Hilux Surf vehicle having registration No. LLE-13-236 was detained by anti-car lifting cell of the CIA staff Faisalabad under section 550 Cr.P.C . Upon intercepting the vehicle , the customs team asked the driver, identified as Ayaz Mehmood son of Nazar Husain Baloch, to produce legal documents regarding the possession of the vehicle but he failed to provide any relevant documents. The Customs team seized the vehicle and forwarded the case to the customs adjudication.
During hearing, the owner failed to provide any evidence so customs adjudication issued OnO in favour of the customs intelligence.
