FAISALABAD: Customs Adjudication Additional Collector Saima Aftab has adjourned the hearing of eight cases pertaining to the smuggling of goods worth Rs 15.34 million until May 5, 2016.
Sources told Customs Today that three cases were forwarded by Field Investigation Unit (FIU) Khushab worth Rs 6,150,700.
Meanwhile, the Faisalabad Customs Intelligence and Investigation submitted five cases worth Rs 9,191,050 against Muniem Hakeem, Farhan Saleem, Samar Abbas, Muhammad Iqbal, and Muhammad Saad Gulzar. Sources said that further proceedings of the cases will be held in May.
