Adjudication DC Farhat to resume hearing next week

MULTAN: Customs Adjudication Deputy Collector Farhat Ali will resume hearing of seizure cases in next week after attending a week-long capacity building workshop.

According to details, Deputy Collector Farhat Ali is on leave for attending capacity building training workshop, which is going to hold in Lahore. The Customs Adjudication, Multan has postponed the hearing of cases due to absence of the deputy collector.

The deputy collector has 46 various seizure cases involving Rs 29.99 million to hear. These various seizure cases were formed by Customs Intelligence and Investigation, Multan and Anti-Smuggling Organisation (ASO) after curbing different smuggling activities.

It may be mentioned here that Farhat Ali is providing speedy justice by disposing of different seizure cases presented for trial. Almost 13 various seizure cases were decided by the deputy collector after their fair trial. Now, she is in Lahore for attending the workshop to polish her skills and abilities and perform assigned duties in a better way.
