ISLAMABAD: Collectorate of Customs Adjudication Islamabad, Deputy Collector, Kaukab Farooq, has issued a show-cause notice to Zulfiqar Ali in cloth smuggling case No. 22/2015.
According to the details, deputy collector Kaukab issued a show cause directing the accused Zulfiqar, a resident of Gujrat, to attend the hearing and bring the all evidence in this regard.
The authority also said that “if the accused fails to provide the evidence, the case will be decided on the basis of evidence available on demand.”
The collector also directed the Model Customs Collectorate Preventive Islamabad to depute the seizure officer concerned or another officer to attend the hearing on the scheduled date along with relevant record.
