ISLAMABAD: Deputy Collector Customs Adjudication, Kaukab Farooq, has decided 12 cases and recovered Rs 8 million as a penalty in July 2015.
According to the details, Deputy Collector Kaukab Farooq heard different types of anti-smuggling cases including electronics, tea, cloths, vehicles and others. He decided almost 12 cases out of all during the first month of the current fiscal year 2015-16 and recovered Rs 8 million from the defaulters which has been deposited to the national exchequer.
