Adjudication issues show cause notice to vehicle smuggler

FAISALABAD: Additional Collector Beelamur Ramzan has issued a show cause notice to Mqsood Ahmad Bajwa son of Maqsood Ahmad who is a resident of Chenab Nagar tehsil Lalian district Chiniot.

Sources told Customs Today that the ASO Sargodha seized a Toyota crown car bearing registration No. AC- 6634 (Sindh), Model 1982. The owner failed to produce legal documents regarding possession of vehicle.  After his failure, the customs team forwarded the case to Customs Adjudication Department. Customs Adjudication Additional Collector  Beelamur Ramzan issued the show cause notice under section 171 of the Customs Act 1969.
