African woman smuggler released after being diagnosed with AIDS

LAHORE: The Anti-Narcotics Force arrested a female who attempted to smuggle 480 grammes of heroin from Zimbabwe to Lahore. Later on, she was produced before the court where it was revealed that woman is an AIDS patient.

According to details, Katota Daru was detained in the women’s cell of Kot Lakhpat prison. During her medical check-up, it was found that she is suffering from HIV.
