AJK to be furnished with swift service of 3G, 4G internet domain soon

MIRPUR (AJK): The fast paced domain of test information technology the 3G and 4G, will soon land Azad Jammu Kashmir including Mirpur division meeting the long-cherished demand of the local internet users to be linked with rest of the world swiftly.

This was disclosed by the Acting Commanding Officer of the SCO Mirpur division Major Syed Jabran Danish, while responding to the questions by the journalists about the much-awaited arrival of the swift internet service of 3G and 4G strength in AJK including Mirpur.

State run Special Communications Organization (SCO) on Wednesday formally announced to change its logo under the spirit to deliver more quality services through latest swift means of communications in the telecommunication sector in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Senior SCO officials including Major Muhammad Mufeed, Accounts Officer Major Omer, Captain Adnan Ahmed highlighted the salient features and objectives of bringing a change in the logo of the SCO depicting the latest services of the SCO being extended to the masses especially their consumers in the field of telecom and information technology.

Referring to the objective of changing the logo of the SCO, the Acting Commanding Officer said, that the new logo will be the mark of the latest quality services in the telecom sector, which the SCO was providing to the masses including its customers in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.

He underlined that the SCO has expanded its network providing quality services in cell telephone (S.Com), internet through the DSL, landline phone and CDMA wireless telephone services throughout AJK and GB including in the far flung and remote areas of the top-hilly terrain in both the regions.
