All FBR field offices to observe extended working hours on 29th, 30th

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that all its field offices will observe extended working hours till 10:00pm on Monday, (June 29) and till 12:00 midnight on Tuesday (June 30) for collection of duties and taxes.

The Chief Commissioners (Inland Revenue) of Large Taxpayers Units (LTUs) and Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) have also been directed to establish liaison with State Bank of Pakistan, National Bank of Pakistan and scheduled commercial banks in their jurisdiction to ensure transfer of tax collection by these branches before on June 30 to respective offices of State Bank of Pakistan on the same date so as to account for the same towards the collection for the month of June, 2015.
