All field offices to observe extended working hours on 31st to receive IT returns

ISLAMABAD: All field offices will observe extended working hours on Monday (October 31) for receipt of Income Tax returns and collection of duties /taxes.

According to a circular issued to the all Chief Commissioners (Inland Revenue) by Secretary (Revenue Budget) Muhammad Irfan, all field offices will remain open and observe extended working hours ie 09:00am to 08:00pm on October 31 for receipt of Income Tax returns for tax year 2016 and collection of duties/taxes.
