Android based iBall Slide 1044 tablet powered by Intel, likely to roll out in India soon

NEW DELHI: iBall, the Indian smartphone maker has listed a new tablet – iBall Slide 1044 – on its website, the tablet is expected to be introduced soon in the Indian market.

iBall Slide 1044 comes with a 10-inch 1280x800p display and is powered by Intel Atom Z3735G quad-core processor clocked at 1.83GHz. The tablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and has 1GB of RAM along with 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded using microSD cards of up to 64GB. iBall has also included 2MP rear camera coupled with a front-facing camera for video calling and a 4000mAh battery in the tablet.

On the connectivity front, the tablet offers Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and 3G via USB dongle support along with a mini HDMI port and microUSB with USB OTG.
