PESHAWAR: Anti-Narcotics Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter arrested four smugglers and recovered 14 kilograms of narcotics from their possession in three separate crackdowns.
According to spokesman of Anti Narcotics force, ANF Peshawar in an operation at Bus Stop, University Town, Jamrud Road, Peshawar, apprehended three individuals Socha Gul, Naseem Jan and Niaz Gul Peshawar and recovered 10 Kgs of charas from their personal possession. They were coming from Jamrud and were smuggling drugs to Peshawar for onward delivery to Punjab.
In another crackdown ANF Peshawar on a search of suspected Toyota Hiace near main motorway Toll Plaza, Peshawar and apprehended two drug carriers namely Saeed Rehman and Rambil Khan,both residents of Khyber Agency and recovered 2.2 Kgs of charas from their personal possession. A vehicle was also confiscated in the case. According to initial reports, both accused are paid drug carriers. They were coming from Peshawar and on their way to Rawalpindi for delivery of drugs.
