ANF arrests drug smuggler recover 60 kgs of charas

PESHAWAR: Anti Narcotics Force Peshawar arrested a smuggler and recovered 60 kilogram chars from the hidden cavity of the car.

Sources said that personnel of Anti Narcotics Force flag down a car on Kohat road Peshawar and after searching its hidden cavities, they recovered 60 kilogram chars from his possession. The identity of the persons could not revealed by the ANF however further investigation is in progress.

It is to mentioned here, that earlier to this ANF Peshawar while acting on a tip off, stopped a taxi car near Bara Gate, Peshawar city and arrested two lady drug traffickers named Nasrat Bibi and Rubin a, resident of Peshawar and recovered 4.2 kilograms of charas concealed in their luggage.

According to reports, they intended to smuggle the drugs outside the city. ANF Peshawar Airport team detained a passenger named Nawab Jan resident of Kuram Agency at Peshawar Airport, who confessed of having ingested heroin filled capsules. He intended to fly for Dubai by Air Arabia Airlines
