KARACHI: Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) PCU team deputed at Pakistan International Container Terminal (PICT) has thwarted an attempt to smuggle abroad huge quantity of ice (Methemphatamine”.
According to sources, ANF intercepted a container containing “Used Clothing” destined to Jabel Ali port, Dubai.
During detailed physical examination of cargo and container, huge quantity of “Methemphatamine (Ice)” recovered which were tactfully hidden in the press bails of used clothing. According to details, the shipment was being exported by M/s Mushtaq Engineering Works, Lahore to M/s Al-Saadah Plastic Industry LLC, Sharjah.
Sources told that ANF team after registering a case started further investigations.
