SIALKOT: The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) foiled a major bid to smuggle heroin from Sialkot to Jeddah at the Sialkot International Airport.

According to the airport management, two Sargodha-based accused were travelling to Jeddah from the Sialkot International Airport on a direct flight of the national flag carrier – Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). The accused had secretly kept fine quality heroin weighing 2kg in the hidden parts of a suitcase, which the ANF detected with the help of detectors and scanners.
